First Timer Info

Welcome First Time Vermont State Rally Attendees!

We hope that your Vermont State Rally will be filled with fun activities, informative seminars and enjoyable entertainment.  Included in this article there are many things we feel will help you get the most from your Vermont State Rally experience.

Your first stop at the event will be registration at the gate.  There you will pick up your Rally Info Packet and Credentials.

Next, one of the Wagon Masters will usher you to your area to park and setup for the Rally.  The wagon masters are here to see that you are safely parked.  Once parked you cannot move without one of the wagon masters to help you.  This is for your safety as wells as those around you.  Please arrive with your propane tanks full and your waste tanks empty.  Dump stations will be available upon your departure.  You will be parked in an area where individual 30 amp power and water are available.

Handicapped parking is available for those requiring it. We will do our best to accommodate, but can make no guarantee that we can meet all special needs.

The Vermont Good Sam Club has a staff of volunteers who are chosen by the State Director that work very hard to put the Vermont State Rally on for you. They wear green shirts with the word STAFF on them.  If you have any questions or concerns please do not hesitate to approach them.

Good Sam Chapter members also volunteer to help put on the Vermont State Rally. They can be seen doing many jobs and activities such as hospitality, games, bingo, serving ice cream and many other things that make the Vermont State Rally enjoyable for you. We appreciate all their time and hard work!

Many events will be occurring during the week. Please check your program to determine which activities you wish to participate in as many activities are going on at the same time. There is something for everyone on the program.

Door prizes will be drawn at various times each day during entertainment and drawn from the stage, you must be present to win.

There is no smoking in or near building entrances and exits. Pets are not allowed in buildings and must be on a leash at all times. They must be cleaned up after.

Emergencies sometime occur during the Vermont State Rally.  Please let a staff member help you.  If you experience an emergency, please turn on your lights in your tow vehicle or motor home and blow the horn continuously until help arrives.  Remember the emergency phone numbers are listed on your program.

It is our sincere desire that you have an enjoyable experience at the Vermont State Rally.

Happy Camping,
The Vermont Good Sam Club Staff
